The Department of Culture and Art Management aims to foster cultural and art management professionals with expertise and practical trade skills by combining theory and practice by applying the principle of management to various activities in the field of culture and art. Through systematic education, students who were released to the cultural and arts scene will be able to work as performance planners, exhibition planners, cultural art marketers, cultural and art education experts, fund-raising experts, art organization managers, program developers, project managers, and will create value for Korean cultural management in the 21st century by presenting long-term visions, policies, administration, and management methods for Korean culture and art.

The department of practical music in this school aims to foster professional musicians who can meet these social needs. Especially, the practical music department of this school aims to specialize in jazz, which has a high artistic achievement among various genres of popular music and is recognized worldwide for its academic value. It is a choice to enable a high level of education that is consistent with the graduate course, and thus achieve the goal of fostering professional music. The practical music department of this school is aimed at instrumental and vocal majors. Depending on the student's choice, the curriculum is designed so that students who want to focus on academic research can complete a degree by performing a graduation performance after completing a practical course.
